do they stretch for bulky items like manuals?
These folders do not stretch, but they are big enough to hold household manuals. That is what I use them for. They can hold about 50 pages. I hope this helps.
Would a composition notebook fit? I want to try this for my students.
Yes easily. A spiral bound notebook would also fit.
Do you have these with a snap?
These are velcro closure.
Is the inside of the pocket at least 9 inches x 11 inches?
Pocket holds standard size printer paper … which measures 8.5 inches by 11 inches. Use ours at work to hold product manuals that are up to about 25 pages long.
