This book contains a series of stories from my life as an overweight three month old baby to an overweight adult to now a normal weighted older adult. I will take you on my journey of how I lost 115 lbs. I’ll share how changing my diet, increasing my appreciation of exercise and changing my mindset and my lifestyle led me to the healthiest version of myself.

I will help you with how to manage the sabotage that our family and friends often throw at us when we start successfully losing weight and becoming healthier. I’ll also give you suggestions on how to help your workplace become healthier in its food culture.

I will touch on the evils of our current American Standard Diet (SAD) and the impact it is having on not only you but your family and your children. You will learn the important of accepting yourself so that self-healing leads to better health and wellness.

Using my education background, I am also including an opportunity to reflect after each chapter for you to internalize and come up with an action plan around the new information. I want for you what I have. I have better health in my 60s than I had decades earlier. I am never sick, never have had COVID or the flu, and that is something all of us can achieve by improving our mindset, our diet, our stress levels, and our sleep.
